In the patch notes

• Move speed reduced from 7 to 6.7
• Bullet damage per boon reduced by 4%
• Grasping Hands: Can now be more easily double jumped over
• Grasping Hands: Deploy time increased from 0.6s to 0.8s
• Borrowed Decree: T2 no longer has -0.3s Time To Spawn
• Borrowed Decree: T3 now also provides -0.3s Time To Spawn
